Once the pre-processing is finished, our crops are ready for processing in the plants. Lyallpur Organics has an inexpiable commitment to the quality of products. Therefore, we are too focused on managing the quality during each step – be it at the farms during cultivation, crop nourishment after the cultivation, harvesting, post-harvesting processing, or finally during the processing of grinding at our machinery plants. With all the sequential steps, Lyallpur Organics focuses on preparing the feasibility of each step before making it happen. By doing so, we are able to get the desired results. Although it takes a lot of time and hard work when a fully nutritious outcome is received from the plants. Finally, we are more than happy to serve our customers with the best quality products.

OUR PLANTS’ WORKING

At Lyallpur Organics, we do not compromise on the quality of our products. It is for this reason that we are accustomed to importing internationally recognized and standardized state-of-the-art machines from abroad for the processing of our turmeric (Haldi) and spices. Through these plants, we proudly claim the best quality of our products which are lab tested and approved both locally and internationally. At our plants, the processing of turmeric (Haldi) and spices is performed with precision such as grinding, filtration, magnetic separation, storing, and packaging.

AUTOMATED PROCESS

The first and foremost quality of our products’ processing at our plants is that we have minimized the human intervention and have therefore imported fully automatic latest, and the best machines available in the international markets for the processing of turmeric (Haldi) and spices. The purpose of lessening the human intervention is to keep the organic and pure products. As they are so that through any touch or by any of human activities. No bacteria or contamination could get mixed into our final products which may cause any damage to our prestigious customers.

KEEPING OUR PLANTS HYGIENIC

Our plants, besides being the latest and fully automatic, contain self-cleaning systems. However, there is of course at some point a certain need to clean the machinery and perform a detailing process. For cleaning and detailing the machinery, our team of experts has the full experience to make it shine and fully sanitize it. By cleaning the plants to their fullest, our experts remove every single impurity from minor in size to each major. Due to this reason, our clientele has blind trust in us which we are proud of.

ONLY PLANT IN PAKISTAN

Lyallpur Organics has the best and latest plant machine for the processing of turmeric (Haldi) and spices. It is the only plant in Pakistan that is pioneered by Lyallpur Organics in import and utilization. The reason being it is the latest and therefore it is costly and complicated to handle for ordinary staff. Since our experts are fully trained, our hands-on machinery is not new. We have excelled in managing and maintaining such processing plants on our own. In case any problem appears which is not solvable locally, we do not compromise the quality of our products.
