- ½ garlic clove , finely chopped
- 100g spinach leaves
- 4 large eggs
- 50ml coconut milk
- 2 tsp Air Grinded, Metal Free turmeric Powder
- 2 slices sourdough bread , toasted

Step 1
Place coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic lightly, add the spinach leaves and let them simmer for a few minutes – add a pinch of water if they stick together.
Step 2
Whisk eggs with coconut milk and turmeric powder. Place the spinach in a saucepan and stir for 5-8 minutes until the eggs are the desired consistency. Serve over toasted lemon slices.
