We’ve perfected the art of growing vibrant red chilies at our farm. We prioritize creating the ideal growing conditions for red chili, ensuring they receive at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily and maintaining optimal temperatures between 75-85°F (24-29°C). Our chilies thrive in well-draining, loamy soil, and we ensure they receive consistent watering without overwatering.

We carefully nurture our chilies from seed to harvest, starting them indoors approximately 6-8 weeks before the last frost or sowing them directly outdoors afterward. Once the seedlings are established, we transplant them 18-24 inches apart, giving each plant ample space to flourish. Taller varieties are staked for support, and we regularly fertilize with a balanced N-P-K fertilizer (such as a 10-10-10 blend) to ensure healthy growth and abundant fruit production.

Harvesting our chilies is a detailed process. We carefully select them when they reach their peak color and heat level, typically around 70-90 days after transplanting. We remain vigilant in monitoring for pest and disease control, employing protective measures such as mulching and crop rotation to ensure a healthy harvest.
