- Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer standard shipping to most locations. Delivery times vary based on your location, but typically range from 5-7 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, delivery may take 10-15 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
2. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
3. Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, such as a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Non-returnable Items: Some items, such as perishable goods or products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team. Depending on availability, we will arrange the exchange for you. You may be required to pay for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
