You can have your order delivered to a private address of your choice, such as your home or workplace. However, please note that delivery cannot be made to a post office box.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days. During sale periods, the delivery time may extend to 4-5 working days. Please keep in mind that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted holidays will be processed on the next working day. Temporary delays may occur during peak periods or due to verification processes. In the case of online payment, orders will undergo a fraud status check, and once cleared by our payment processor, they will proceed for further processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please remember to check your junk/spam folders as well.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost for your order will be based on the weight of the package. Typically, courier services calculate shipping costs by considering factors such as the package dimensions, destination, and any additional services required.

Regarding the specific courier service for your order, the company has selected Leopards and TCS as the designated courier service. Both are a well-known courier service that operates in many regions and offers reliable shipping solutions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AVAILABLE AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

If you are not available at the specified delivery address, the courier will leave a notification, and they will make a confirmation call to arrange for a suitable delivery time. The delivery will be reattempted twice. If you are still unable to collect the order, it will be returned to the shipper.
